The orders done through our website www.doscafeterastienda.com can be delivered worldwide.
The order will be delivered in a carton box of which size will depending on the size of the products.
Delivery method will be established by destination. The buyer will have the access to the tracking of the order through a tracking number that our transport supplier MAIL BOXES will facilitate. The delivery of national and international orders will be done by MAIL BOXES.
Delivery time will vary depending on destination. The user will have the option to choose between two services: MBE Standard and MBE Express.
In case of not being able to contact the buyer in the address given, a notification will be left with the telephone number and address of the nearest office to provide a direct contact.
In case that the customer does not respond, the transport agency will try to reach the customer one more time. If they still cannot reach the customer, the transport company will contact DULSA S.L.U and we will contact the client.
The buyer, once received the “order confirmation”, will be able to follow up the order through www.mbe.es introducing the tracking number provided.
