Right of withdrawal, returns and claims.

As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

          • Return of the defective product.

In the event that the product is not in good conditions and the causes attributable to it, are not the result of the customer, he/she will be entitled to return the product, informing our company of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
Our company is committed to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Alternative resolution of conflicts.
Our company has an active conflict resolution policy, so it puts customer service at your service.

However, our company will decide, in each case, whether or not to adhere to this system, since we believe that conflicts can and should be solved outside these areas. We advise that prior to any claim use our customer service system. Thank you for your understanding.
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, we inform you that the data you provide will become part of a file for which we have the responsibility to manage your purchase and will be kept being able to manage the relationship and as long as necessary by the responsibility of the provision. The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
